55-Plus Communities vs Non-55-Plus Communities

While exclusive 55-plus communities, like Sun City, are a dream come true for some, many active adults prefer the diversity of non-exclusive age-restrictive communities. Then there’s the issue of gated or non-gated. It’s best to consider all of these options carefully, before you buy.

If you decide to live in a non-55-plus community, another thing you may want to consider is whether or not the neighborhood has an official neighborhood watch program or other similar group.

If you’re considering neighborhoods in the city of Palm Springs, you’re in luck.
